Group Work: Exploring Self in the Mirror of Others
Men’s Group:
Redefining Masculinity
Masculinity is undergoing a profound transformation. Traditionally, men found identity in clear roles—warrior, protector, provider, leader. Today, these roles have shifted, leaving many men questioning their place in the world. Social, technological, and cultural changes, alongside the legacy of post-feminist dynamics, have reshaped what it means to be a man.
Many men find ‘a pint with a mate’ rarely gets deep or offers space for real feelings. For the past four years, I have led a group that offers a safe, supportive space to explore how we can redefine masculinity in a way that embraces both strength and vulnerability.
Rather than just discussing masculinity intellectually, the participants are encouraged to step into deeper practice, where they can confront inner wounds—particularly those shaped by our relationships with fathers, mothers, and societal expectations. Here, men can express anger, grief, and fear without judgment.
To deepen our work, we host retreats twice a year, offering space for self-exploration and transformation.

“When I joined a couple of years ago I had no idea of what to expect… I was just hopeful that a men’s group might help me in some way get out of a rut I'd slipped into during the covid lockdowns.
The benefits have been beyond anything I could possibly have imagined. You guys have helped me become a better father, friend and a more confident businessman and partner in a relationship. You've helped me see more of myself and given me the opportunity to be of service to you (which is really important to my sense of self worth). You've also challenged my perspectives and helped me grow. Watching you guys open up and be vulnerable has given me license and a blueprint to do the same.”

Kink & BDSM Group
Exploring kink and BDSM can be exciting, empowering, and deeply fulfilling—but it can also come with challenges. Misunderstanding, stigma, or feelings of isolation are common, and many people find themselves navigating complex emotions, relationships, and personal histories along the way.
This support group is a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and explore the deeper layers of your desires in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we’ll look at the psychology behind our desires, unpack any unconscious patterns, and consider how past experiences might shape our current dynamics—fostering self-awareness and growth, all with the goal of having a more fulfilling and exciting BDSM journey.
We’ll also dive into practical tools for navigating power exchange relationships with integrity, clear communication, and ethical consent, using Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent as a guide.
Most importantly, this is a space for community and connection. Whether you’re looking for support, self-discovery, or just a place to talk openly without judgment, you’re welcome here. Through mindfulness, group sharing, somatic awareness, shadow work, and creative exploration, we’ll cultivate a deeper understanding of ourselves and each other—helping you engage with kink in a way that feels authentic, conscious, and fulfilling.
This would be a monthly meeting of up to 10 members.
For this kind of group to work it's important to develop cohesiveness, so I would ask for a 3 month minimum commitment.
